Role Overview
The Marketing and Digital Growth Intern will play a strategic role in enhancing the company's digital presence, community engagement, and brand visibility within the student and early-career technology ecosystem.
This position is distinctly focused on marketing, digital marketing, and content creation. It is not a target-based sales role. Interns are regarded as valued partners who contribute directly to the company's sustainable growth through creative, analytical, and community-driven initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and content platforms to increase awareness of Sitalama Tech's training programs and TechOps Summit
- Create high-quality, educational content including blog articles, social media posts, newsletters, and promotional materials aligned with cloud computing, DevOps, and career development themes
- Manage community outreach and engagement initiatives to strengthen relationships with student groups, colleges, and early-career professionals
- Support the planning and promotion of TechOps Summit events and related workshops
- Track campaign performance using basic analytics tools and provide insights for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with the core team on branding and growth strategies
Compensation Structure
Compensation is entirely performance-linked and commission-based, calculated per successful conversion (enrollment or participation driven by the intern's initiatives). There are no rigid sales targets or minimum quotas.
Interns operate under a partner model, sharing directly in the outcomes of their contributions to the company's growth.

Eligibility Criteria
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field
- Strong interest in Cloud Computing, DevOps, EdTech, or the technology education sector
- Basic proficiency in digital tools (Canva, Google Workspace, social media platforms, and content management systems)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid environment while meeting agreed deliverables
